Loadlink Technologies is excited to announce a new addition to its organization. Earlier this month, the company welcomed Orlando Ochoa to a newly created position as Head of Customer Excellence. Orlando brings with him a wealth of knowledge in leading customer-centric teams, and the understanding of what it takes to deliver service excellence from the eyes of the user.
Having held national leadership positions at Ruby Life and Teleperformance, Orlando has seen how combining his expertise with a systematic approach to building strong relationships has been very impactful over time with customers. “I am deeply honoured and excited to join such a dynamic team and be part of a group that puts customers at the front of any initiative,” says Orlando Ochoa. “I am looking forward to putting into action the elements that will continue to create value and reinforce Loadlink’s leadership in the market.”
