Prior to Loadlink, James held executive roles at Danaher and Active Network, where he led multiple SaaS businesses through critical phases of growth. James graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, fly-fishing, cooking and spending time with his wife.

As the Director of Customer Success at Loadlink Technologies, Nicole is deeply committed to our customers being the driving force behind our organization. She is passionate about creating a team culture that fosters collaboration and puts the customer at the center of everything we do.
As a supervisor, she strongly believes in empowering each team member, valuing their contributions, and motivating them to deliver their best work consistently. Customer Success team embraces diverse perspectives and ideas, recognizing that they are driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions. We prioritize creating a vibrant and engaging work environment where hard work is not only recognized but also balanced with moments of fun and celebration.

His journey at Loadlink began with the marketing team, and his leadership skills have since propelled him to lead strategic initiatives and high-performing teams within the business operations team.
Now, as Director of Revenue Operations, Dmitriy’s dedication to excellence and passion for leadership make him perfectly suited to drive success in this pivotal position.

Brian is a seasoned finance and operations leader who has made a remarkable transition from the manufacturing industry to the software sector, showcasing a relentless pursuit of professional growth and versatility. Beginning as a Controller in the manufacturing industry, he honed his financial expertise and developed a strong foundation in financial management and analysis.
Driven by a passion for technology and an innate curiosity, Brian embarked on a strategic career pivot, transitioning into the software industry leading the Finance function at Loadlink Technologies (formerly TransCore Link Logistics). For over 15 years this move allowed him to leverage his extensive financial knowledge while immersing himself in the dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape of software development and technology.
Fuelled by a desire to broaden his skill set and take on new challenges, Brian made a seamless shift into business operations and data analytics. Drawing on his experience in finance, he harnessed his analytical mindset and strategic thinking to optimize operational efficiency and drive data-informed decision-making, contributing to the overall success of Loadlink in this new domain.

Prior to his role at Loadlink, he held leadership positions in the Automotive and Telecommunications industries. In those roles, he played a vital role in driving technological advancements, expanding the talent pool, and developing customer-centric products. Since joining Loadlink, he has embarked on an exciting journey.
However, he always focuses on the future and what lies ahead. He acknowledges the company’s fortune in having a talented and passionate team that contributes to creating a welcoming and intellectually stimulating work environment. Besides their dedication to technological transformation, Loadlink strives to enhance the user experience continually. In terms of education, he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and Management. Currently residing in Richmond Hill, he shares his life with his wife, two children, and their dog.
Outside of his professional career, he maintains an active lifestyle, engaging in hiking, biking, and running activities. Additionally, he finds joy in listening to music.

Brandon Bursey is a highly accomplished Director of Systems and Cyber Security with a strong passion for technology and a proven track record of success in creating and executing robust cybersecurity strategies, ensuring the technology infrastructure remains secure and resilient. Holding a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary, PMP, ITIL, and GRCP designations, and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems from Athabasca University, he is a highly skilled and exceptional IT leader.
Brandon embarked on his journey with Loadlink several years ago, joining the company as the Systems Operations Manager. Since then, he has advanced to a senior leadership position, serving as the Director of Systems and Cyber Security. In this role, he is responsible for safeguarding the security and resilience of Loadlink’s technology infrastructure. His expertise in designing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies has been crucial in enabling Loadlink to stay ahead of emerging threats and trends.

As Director of Product at Loadlink, Edward leads the product team with a focus on clear roadmaps, strong execution, and continuous improvement in how work is planned and shipped. He turns business goals and customer feedback into focused plans that teams can deliver against.
Edward is known for building alignment across stakeholders and removing friction in product delivery. He strengthens decision-making, improves delivery consistency, and helps ensure product work supports the company’s growth and operational goals.

She is known for building, scaling, and optimizing high-performing revenue organizations across SaaS, technology, and services.
At Loadlink, Leanne leads the Sales and Marketing teams with a focus on clear go-to-market strategy, strong execution, and measurable outcomes. She brings experience across demand generation, enablement, and sales operations. Leanne is focused on building scalable processes, improving onboarding and ramp, strengthening CRM discipline, and aligning compensation and account management models to support new logo acquisition, expansion, and retention.
Leanne leads with a people-first, coaching-oriented approach grounded in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. She has built and led teams ranging from 5 to 50+ across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, consistently driving sustainable growth and stronger performance.
