LINK MEDIA TERMS OF SERVICE

All amounts under this contract are payable in advance unless indicated above. Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold Loadlink Technologies harmless from any claim, loss or damage, including attorney’s fees arising from advertiser’s use of Loadlink Technologies advertising media.

Advertiser acknowledges that int he event advertising does not run as scheduled, Loadlink Technologies’ liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the advertiser to Loadlink Technologies during the preceding (30) day period. All matters shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario.

† Communications will be sent by Loadlink to the e-mail noted above. Such communications include but are not limited to newsletters containing news, product updates, and promotions regarding the products and services that relate to me and my business.
