Senior Product Manager

Loadlink is entering its next phase of growth, evolving a strong foundation within Canada’s
freight and logistics ecosystem. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a builder role by
strengthening core products, expanding capabilities, and improving how customers experience
the platform.
This role requires strong product judgment, customer empathy, and commercial sense. You will
be expected to identify the right problems to solve, make thoughtful trade-offs, and deliver
solutions that create real value for carriers, brokers, shippers, and partners. AI is an important
tool in this role, but it is one part of a broader product toolkit. You will use it pragmatically where
it improves outcomes. You will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data,
Go-to-Market, and external partners, owning meaningful problem spaces from discovery
through delivery and iteration.

Salary range: 130 – 150k + commission.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Own product discovery and delivery end to end, from understanding customer needs and
defining problems through launch, iteration, and ongoing improvement.
● Apply strong product judgment, customer empathy, and commercial sense to shape
solutions that are simple, usable, and high quality, making clear trade-offs between customer
value, business impact, and constraints.
● Identify opportunities to use data and AI to improve workflows, decision-making, and
automation, and partner with Engineering and Data teams to deliver these capabilities
responsibly.
● Lead product work related to partnerships and integrations, defining requirements,
prioritizing opportunities, and delivering reliable, scalable integrations with external partners.
● Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to validate ideas, iterate quickly, and ship
solutions that work cohesively within the broader platform.
● Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to support launches,
positioning, and adoption.
● Define success metrics, measure customer and business outcomes, and use data and
feedback to inform prioritization, pricing, and future investment.

WHAT YOU BRING
● 7+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform
environments.
● A strong track record of delivering meaningful customer and business impact through
iterative product improvement.
● Demonstrated product judgment, customer empathy, commercial sense, and an eye for
quality and usability.
● Experience working closely with Design and Engineering through discovery and delivery,
including navigating ambiguity and trade-offs.
● Practical experience using data and AI-enabled tools in product development, with sound
judgment about when they add value.
● Experience working with external partners, integrations, or APIs is an asset.
● Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience in logistics, freight tech, or multi-sided platforms is an asset.
Why You’ll Love This Role
● Loadlink is investing in platform capabilities that help teams build better products and deliver
more value to customers.
● You will have real ownership over important product areas, with the opportunity to influence
both customer experience and how teams work together.

your work in the real world, this role offers meaningful scope and influence.
