In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to drive success. The ideal individual will have a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing sales performance. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and our product teams to create and implement strategies that enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.

  • Enforcement of licensing compliance – assess and make decisions for action
  • Manage the approval process for opportunities
  • Manage escalations from reps on various questions and issues
  • Follow up with reps on assigned and overdue tasks
  • Track performance metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and market conditions
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes and tools
  • Monitor reports and data to ensure tasks are being completed
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues via telephone or email
  • Track and report on personal activities and input on a daily/weekly basis into Salesforce
  • Supervise daily tasks of sales reps, retention, managing workload and delivery of accountabilities
  • Assist in the onboarding of new sales representatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance and product development, to align sales strategies
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations
  • Support the leader of sales with assigned tasks and administrative functions
