What We Are Looking For:

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with challenging clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
  • Experience working with Salesforce (CRM) would be an asset

What you’ll do:

  • Assist Account Executives with as generating quotes, completing sales agreements, and following up on issues
  • Directly managing accounts that fall within the specified scope
  • Serving as a liaison with other teams to facilitate internal follow-ups on project implementations and service issues
  • Representing the Account Executive in all assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and updating client service systems
  • Audit and validation of documentation as it relates to insurance of our customers
  • Offering proactive feedback and guidance to internal teams regarding the evaluation of sales initiatives, product development, problem resolution, etc.
  • Staying well-informed about new company products/services and changes to existing offerings
  • Coordinating internal teams and resources upon request for MSA reviews/renewals, change/cancellation requests, and billing inquiries.
  • Working closely with the Account Executive to ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Prospecting for new business through lead generation, if required.
  • Tracking and reporting personal activities, funnel input, and closed business using Salesforce
  • Maintain & audit sales for quarterly commission
  • Back up for customer complaints (user to user); call listening etc.
  • Verifying and approving new customer accounts and paying scrutiny to verification of data
  • Uphold consistent standards of process documentation for new sales and existing account holder changes
  • Other duties or projects as assigned
