What you’ll do:

  • Content Creation: Write and edit promotional materials, including website content, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and update social media accounts by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and building campaigns.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and manage email marketing initiatives, including creating targeted email lists, drafting engaging content, and analysing performance metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyse data from marketing channels (social media, website, email campaigns) to track ROI and apply refinements.
  • Tracking Marketing Metrics: Implement tracking systems to measure engagement, conversions, and overall success of online marketing activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update the company’s CRM database to track customer interactions and assist in sales efforts.
  • Maintaining Marketing Databases: Ensure databases are regularly updated with current customer information, leads, and sales data for analysis and strategic planning.
  • SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices in content creation to enhance search engine visibility and improve rankings.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers or stakeholders regarding marketing initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ad Campaign Support (PPC, Display): Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Product Launch Support: Help coordinate and promote product launches by managing timelines, collateral, and key announcements.
  • Customer Feedback and Surveys: Coordinate customer surveys, collect feedback, and analyse the results to enhance marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication — Respond to customer emails, reviews, and inquiries.
  • Event Planning – Trade shows, customer events, conferences, golf tournament & more.
  • Increase qualified leads – Generate a targeted wholistic approach to engage with industry professionals.
  • WordPress: Website building and maintenance via WordPress (Avada builder).
