  • Generate sales by contacting leads and/ prospects and market our products and services.
  • Complete all follow-up calls within the designated time frames and build relationships with key customers.
  • Efficient processing of orders, including ensuring all required customer documentation is received and that customers are set up in a timely manner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations.
  • Update leads, opportunities and contact information in our CRM.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to close; with continued follow up to support the adoption of our application and minimize cancellation risk.
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota.
  • Discuss credit terms, quote prices, prepare sales orders, funnel reports and other forms
  • Be a brand enthusiast for our products and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Bring your ideas and strategies to advance our company’s vision for the future.
  • Actively participate in regular goal setting and team building sessions.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as required
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the company
  • Manage the full sales cycle for both inbound and outbound leads, from initial contact to successful closure.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls.
  • Engage with prospective customers to communicate features and benefits of available services based on analyses of customers’ needs.
  • Develop and implement effective verbal and written sales strategies to engage potential clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of products/services and identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain our programs and services.
  • Efficiently manage leads, calendar, and time to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to post-sale support.
