This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes to use both the analytical and creative sides of the brain—a technical marketer who has developed skills in marketing automation—the primary focus of the role—sending engaging emails to customers and prospects. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, building campaigns and generating leads. As a valuable member of the Marketing team, you will report to the Marketing manager, and deliver on revenue generating objectives using our marketing automation and CRM platforms while enforcing best practices to maintain the integrity of marketing and sales data.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Drive CRM data stewardship: Increase the quality and accuracy of client data to enhance marketing engagements & facilitate quality segmentation
  • Operate the marketing automation platform to send emails that “grab your audience’s attention”
  • Proactively identify and surface opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, revenue generation, client experience, operations, communication, systems & tools, etc.
  • Enhance lead generation: seek out new and innovative ways to improve lead generation process by interpreting information from different sources
  • Plan and manage the development and execution of email marketing programs, including customer segmentation and campaign set up
  • Drive usage of marketing KPI dashboards through readiness to marketing and sales teams.
  • Work with Content Specialist to market and promote products and services through social media, and other channels
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to ensure objectives and KPI’s are being met – maximizing both campaign delivery and return on investment for clients.
  • Report on ROI and KPIs of marketing activities through accurate and consistent tracking of campaigns
  • Manage Google AdWords and other paid advertising
  • Manage and source existing and new marketing technologies (i.e., Survey, web chat and, sms tools, etc.)
  • Ensure processes are CASL compliant, opt-in forms reflect approved legal language
  • Update corporate website(s) and digital channels
  • Articulate and clearly document relevant processes in relation to marketing activities.

We Are Looking For An Individual With

  • A grasp of SEO-SEM, web communications, and e-campaigns
  • Big Picture Thinking: Understands how a new process or initiative impacts other parts of the business
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a curious, entrepreneurial spirit
  • High level knowledge of the digital landscape, integrated advertising trends and best practices.
  • Problem solver who understands and anticipates business challenges, and proactively seeks solutions – who can translate the data into actionable solutions/campaigns
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches and departmental contribution
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics & social media advertising – certifications from Google and/or Facebook are an asset.
  • Team-player who can champion campaigns while collaborating with sales and other key departments
