We are looking for a passionate IT Support Specialist ready to kick off their technology career with a bang! At Loadlink Technologies, you will be the go-to person for modern enterprise IT support, a driver of solutions, a fixer of incidents, and a detective of root causes. Our IT Support Specialist role is fast-paced and challenging, requiring superb analytical problem-solving, customer service, communication, and learning skills. What You Need To Succeed

  • A technology-focused Bachelor’s degree
  • Foundational knowledge and experience with Microsoft server environments (on-prem and cloud)
  • Foundational knowledge and experience in networking (firewalls, load balancers, AP, switches, and application gateways)
  • Foundational knowledge and experience in databases
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
  • Superb communication skills, both technical and business-appropriate
  • Superb troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for working with people to solve issues and enabling them to meet strategic goals
  • Some cyber security experience and knowledge
  • Excellent understating of Windows 10 OS, and desktop/laptop hardware
  • Foundational knowledge on application development frameworks
